The ground level features ample parking, a carport, a fish station, an outdoor shower, a private hot tub, a marvelous unheated pool with lounge chairs, a sundeck, and a tropical bar.

The first level has a sheltered entry, a cabana room with a wet bar and a refrigerator, a laundry room, a bathroom, and the first queen bedroom. The second level features two delightful main bedrooms, each with a private bath. Wind down in the den with surround sound and a game table. Upstairs, you'll find an broad great room with a powder room, cathedral ceilings, and vistas of the sound and a neighboring freshwater lake. Unwind on comfortable furnishings and savor music from the entertainment center, both inside and outside, on the deck. Sit comfortably while watching your favorite shows on the Roku-capable intelligent TVs throughout the home. The main floor TV also has cable, so your choices are always plentiful. An expansive main suite has a fantastic private bath and deck access. Guests have access to Kinnakeet Shores Pool & Tennis. You will receive an luxury pass during check-in to utilize the shared facility.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
