Shenanigans will bring out your best beach behavior! This bespoke ocean-view home is pure elegance and enjoyment. The ground level has good parking, a bit of landscaped privacy, and a carport. Two soundside bedrooms have access to a full bath and two ocean-side bedrooms have private baths (one has a jetted tub). Drift up to the third level with tall ceilings and handsome vistas. The kitchen with a long breakfast bar is a testimony to good design. Savor full meals and glorious sunsets in the window-lined dining room. The living area is wide and well-furnished with an entertainment area. An additional ocean-side sitting room will keep kids occupied. Wide ocean decks catch all rays.

Things to Know
The fireplace is not for guest use.
Guests will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is in a rural area and near the beach. Cape Hatteras Lighthouse is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on good feedback to propel new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
