OCEANFRONT Hatteras Summerplace Dr. — New for 2024! — There’s only one way to describe the 4,500-sq. ft. GOD’S PROMISE. It’s simply heavenly. Ideal for one extended or multiple families, this six-bedroom/six- and two-half-bath home offers the promise of awe-inspiring sunrises, renewed connections, and constant reminders to live in the moment.

As soon as you pull into the carports, let your two welcome dogs out to sniff the grass, and unload your bags with the use of a convenient elevator, you’ll feel the tranquility of this beachfront hideaway take hold. A boardwalk right next to the home leads you across the dunes to the water’s edge. An even closer waterfront option is a private pool, two outdoor showers, and a gas grille. A few steps up to the first level reveals a covered deck featuring Adirondack chairs and inside, a cavernous game room featuring a pool table, wet bar, café table, sectional couch and 50-inch TV. There’s a half-bath on this level, too, along with an ensuite bedroom with two bunkbeds, giving the kids their own space.

About the Area

Located in Hatteras, this vacation home is on the beach. Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf. Buxton Seafood and Surf's Up are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
