The waves beat to a ideal rhythm for your vacation on the Outer Banks of North Carolina at the roomy and gorgeous Ocean Song on the oceanfront in Avon on Hatteras Island. Guests can appreciate many eye-catching updates in 2022-23 including new lighting, fans, beds, and beds. So grab your flip flops and sunglasses and savor this nearly 3,000 sq. ft. family-friendly oceanfront beach home that features a private pool with new fencing and concrete and a hot tub. Ocean Song has a covered carport and all-weather entry, additional parking, a basketball hoop, park, grille, outdoor shower, a fish prep area, and private beach access.

The first level has two bedrooms, one with twin beds, two sets of bunk beds for four individuals, a bath, a washer/dryer nook, and a playroom with a TV featuring a table for games or lunch and access to the pool and hot tub. A handy refrigerator for cold pool drinks is by the door. The second level has an entertainment center and desk nook, three bedrooms each with king-size beds and private baths. Two are oceanfront where you can watch the sun rise from the deck. The third level great room with a half bath has outstanding natural light with tall ceilings and a view of the ocean and pool. The well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and a granite breakfast island can serve your food creations to the oceanfront dining area or display afternoon drinks and snacks. The wide, open living space features an entertainment area with TV, music, and games. An additional oceanfront queen bedroom with a private bath and deck access completes the top floor.

Take a walk to the beach on stepping stones to the boardwalk dune crossover and see the beautiful wide beach. Visit, relax, and stay awhile - all there's left to do is book!

The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Ocean Isle Estates, a neighborhood in Avon. Cape Hatteras Lighthouse is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
