The newly squeezed, 3,600 square foot waterfront Tangerine Dream is the vacation bomb. The ground level has good parking, first-floor entry, laundry room with your very own private washer/dryer combo, and a locking garage. Watch out for the cut-out pirates lurking about for photos! The waterfront side has a private heated pool, a private hot tub under the covered deck, a gas grille, and a dock to the water. Enter the first-floor game room and you'll find a pool table, entertainment center with LED TV, and wet bar with a full refrigerator and microwave. A bedroom has deck access, LCD TV, and a bathroom. This second-floor living area has a 25’ ceiling, all-glass to the water, wood floors, deck access, LED TV, surround sound, and resort furnishings, boasting ocean vistas from all rooms. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with solid surface countertops, tiled floors, stainless appliances, and a dining area. The front deck has a signature spiral stair that can get you to the pool in a flash. A primary bedroom has deck access, LCD TV, and bath with tub plus a rain shower stall. Level three has a furnished loft with vistas of the ocean and sound. Bedroom number three has a west deck, LCD TV, and set of bunk beds. One guest bedroom has deck access, LED TV, and ocean vistas, and another has an LCD TV. The ocean-view main bedroom has a full bath. A furnished office has deck access. Tangerine Dream is electric, eclectic, and guaranteed to please.

The bunk bed has a 175-pound weight limit.
