While there's plenty to do in the surrounding Avon area, there's plenty of fun to be had at Weathering Heights. Spend some time in the rec room that features a pool table and 2-minifridges for your convenience. Upstairs, an open and cavernous living area awaits you; complete with a flat-screen TV. Parlor around and relax with family and friends or step out onto the furnished sun deck and take in the beautiful ocean vistas. When it's time to eat, the kitchen accepts you to make any meal you want during your stay. With breakfast bar seating for 3, dining room seating for 8, and additional breakfast nook seating, there's plenty of space for everybody to dine together.   • Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.   • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear about it.
