This family-friendly, five-bedroom home is ready to host you and yours on your next trip to Salvo! Be prepared to be captived by handsome sunrises each morning in your outstanding oceanfront home.

Boasting stellar amenities both inside and outside, you will never run out of things to do. Outside, dip into the turquoise waters of the private pool and hot tub. The pool has a saltwater system and offers heat and air conditioning for an additional fee. The home's cavernous balconies provide a great setup for calming about and feeling the ocean's breeze. When you want to feel the sand on your toes, beach access is just steps away! Rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside.

Inside, you'll quickly take notice of the open floor plan layout, the plush furnishings, and the effortless flow of natural lighting throughout the home. The comfortable living room is adorned with soft seating, an electric fireplace, and a huge TV. All TVs in the home are hardwired and offer Sonos surround speakers - providing the ideal element for movie marathons.

The adjacent kitchen is really a chef's dream with its GE Profile appliances including a double oven, center island, and breakfast bar. Mealtime masterpieces can be concocted here before being served at the sizable formal dining table. A grille accepts you to add charred favorites to the menu.

Through exploring the rest of the home you will find a second TV room with a wet bar and a full-sized refrigerator. Also in this space, savor having access to a private washer/dryer - ideal for invigorating your swimsuits. An elevator provides additional convenience.

Each of the five bedrooms has been carefully curated for your comfort with their ample sprawling space, central air-conditioning, and inviting color palettes. After a day spent in the sun, head for the primary bedroom's en suite bathroom where a granite walk-in shower awaits. Downstairs, a twin bed has been updated to a king.

When out and about, check out the close by Rodanthe Pier Place, Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge, the Salvo Day Use Area, and the area's delicious eateries.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 5 cars.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Located in Salvo, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore.   • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
