The ground level has an under-home entry, good parking, and a private pool with a spa. The first level has a furnished recreation room with a game table and a pool table, a full wet bar with a refrigerator, and a microwave, and it opens to the deck.

On level two, four bedrooms open to decks, including the two primary bedrooms. The media room has a 60-inch intelligent TV and laundry room and is also located on this floor.

The roomy and gracious third-level great room has cathedral ceilings, warm wood floors, and a gorgeous living area centered around an entertainment center with a 60-inch intelligent TV and gas fireplace. Bring your best recipes to this all-star kitchen with a breakfast bar, fresh appliances, and top-of-the-line equipment. Join guests in the huge dining area with striking vistas. A guest bedroom has a bathroom with a jetted tub and a tile shower and opens to a deck.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Finding the best rental home value:

• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property managers frequently offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.

• Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
