The home is equipped with a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and saltwater. The private hot tub provides the ideal place to start or end each day with a calming dip.

Inside, relax in the main-floor living room while streaming shows and movies on the intelligent TV, or challenge friends and family to a few rounds of pool in the downstairs game room. A wet bar, refrigerator, and dishwasher are equipped for mixing up your favorite happy hour libations. There's also a second intelligent TV in the game room for flexible home entertainment. The open-concept kitchen showcases a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space for painless meal planning and prep. Seating options include a breakfast bar along with indoor and outdoor dining tables. All bedrooms on the second and third floors feature direct balcony access. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Hatteras attractions. • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would at home.
• At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to stimulate new bookings. They'll be grateful for your review.
