OCEANFRONT Avon- Kinnakeet Shores - The flavor of the island awaits you in this enchanting getaway amid the rolling dunes. Start off your vacation with a dip in the 12' x 25' private swimming pool. An all weather entry leads to the first level with two bedrooms and a bath (the bunk room features a flat screen TV and DVD). The second level has four bedrooms and three baths, including 2 master suites (both with flat screen TVs and DVDs) that open to a shaded oceanside deck and bubbly hot tub. The third level great room with cathedral ceiling provides magnificant Atlantic vistas and generous space for entertaining, dining, or just calming after a great day on the water. Your family will savor watching the flat screen TV with DVD. The fourth floor ship’s watch with wet bar, mini-refrigerator, and private deck will make you the envy of the beach as you appreciate some of Avon's best ocean and sound vistas. (Fireplace seen in photos is not available for guest use.)

Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
• Summertime is the most expensive season in Avon. To get the best value, consider changing your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
