OCEANFRONT Avon- Kinnakeet Shores - The flavor of the island awaits you in this enchanting getaway amid the rolling dunes. Start off your vacation with a dip in the 12' x 25' private swimming pool. An all weather entry leads to the first level with two bedrooms and a bath (the bunk room features a flat screen TV and DVD). The second level has four bedrooms and three baths, including 2 master suites (both with flat screen TVs and DVDs) that open to a shaded oceanside deck and bubbly hot tub. The third level great room with cathedral ceiling provides marvelous Atlantic vistas and ample space for entertaining, dining, or just calming after a great day on the water. Your family will savor watching the flat screen TV with DVD. The fourth floor ship’s watch with wet bar, mini-refrigerator, and private deck will make you the envy of the beach as you appreciate some of Avon's best ocean and sound vistas. (Fireplace seen in photos is not available for guest use.)

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Avon. To get the best value, consider changing your family's Hatteras vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
