Short walk to the beach. Ocean and sound vistas galore. In the morning surfers can check the ocean from the kitchen table. In the evening the sunset over the sound lights up the whole home. Just a short walk to the beach, then come back and savor the pool and hot tub. If you’ve had enough of the sun, relax on a comfortable couch with the company of our 46 inch flat screen TV on the 3rd floor or shoot some pool, foosball, or bumper pool in the game room. This home is ideally located near the best surfing spots on the East Coast and is entirely equipped to meet all of your comfort and entertainment needs.
This home is ideal for family groups in need of bunk beds and is loaded with amenities! Ideal for church or business retreats, get-togethers, fishing or surf trips, and family getaways. Very kid and adult friendly. The first level features a completely outfitted game room in including a billiard table, René Pierre Foosball table, bumper pool table, wet-bar/ mini kitchen with additional freezer, and a sitting area with a flat screen TV, as well as a bedroom with a pyramid bunk-bed, a full and half bathroom, and fully equipped laundry room. The second level has four bedrooms each containing two sets of bunk-beds, one of which is a pyramid (double on bottom). Each room has its own deck access with vistas of the sound or the ocean. Head on up to the third level and you will find a cavernous living area with a sizable sectional couch, 46 inch flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player and surround sound, a solid mahogany dining table that seats 16, the master bedroom, a chic kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as another closed-off playroom or office for those in need of some privacy.
You will appreciate your stay here!
NOTE: A new bridge has freshly been constructed on the soundside of our home which is not shown in these photos. The bridge lands on the other side of our street, not too far from our home. The view of the sunset over the sound is still pretty, but there IS a bridge there now too! We also expect a bit of increased traffic noise once it is in use.

Hatteras vacation rental tips:
Sticking to your spending plan:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Book your rental in Fall or Spring months to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
- Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
- Often, property management companies supply Hatteras area visitors guides which often include special deals, either offered independently by local companies, or through a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Hatteras visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
How to pick the best vacation rental in the Hatteras area:
- Select a designated group leader, select your trip dates, and select a spending budget.
- Note the number beds and the configuration your family requires. Fully- Equipped Beach House W/ Pool, Hot Tub, & Gorgeous Views has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed types is normally accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property manager before you book your home. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Are you visiting for a specific event or attraction? If so, use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
- Do your family pets travel with you? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Additional fees or could be applied to your contract.
Advice for your stay:
- Get the property manager's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property. Put the host's contact information in your smartphone.
- Record any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are valuable if a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, television set or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents a lot of issues.
- Respect your neighbors. Often, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Lock your rental property while you're out! Don't let burglars ruin your holiday.
- Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
