This bespoke-constructed six-bedroom home is attractively decorated throughout and is in a marvelous sound-side location. Your family can relax in the huge top-floor great room with an electric fireplace and water vistas or have a fun and competitive evening in the well-furnished game room complete with a foosball table, a pool table, a TV, and a full kitchen with simple access to the pool area and outside dining.

The three levels of decks offer great vistas of the sound and ocean while overlooking a lake. The five primary bedrooms will give everybody plenty of room to relax. Eight TVs, two DVD players, and a stereo/CD player including surround sound will provide great entertainment for all to savor. The kids will appreciate swimming in the private pool and the hot tub will offer a great way to relax at the end of the day. When you need a break from the beach, enjoy access to Kinnakeet Shores Pool and Tennis.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies typically offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.

• Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition.
