This striking soundside home in Kinnakeet Shores accepts you to experience the natural beauty of Hatteras salt marshes, lakes, and native wildlife while not sacrificing amenities such as private pool and community soundfront beach access. The first level features a game room with pool table, Intelligent TV and stereo, and a king bedroom with semi-private bath and a Intelligent TV. Step out on the deck to find the shining pool and steamy hot tub. An elevator provides simple access to the upper floors. On the second level, there are two master suites (one king, one queen), each with Intelligent TV and one with deluxe master bath featuring Jacuzzi tub set into a bay window and separate shower. Two more bedrooms on this level (one with singles and one with a pyramid bunk) share a common bath. All bedrooms on this level have access to the shaded deck. The top level features another king master with Intelligent TV and access to the screened-in porch. The open great room with constructed-in entertainment center offers access to the wrap-around sundeck and screened porch. The dining and kitchen areas have tons of windows to let the sunshine in. Sticking to your rental budget:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Avon. To find the largest rental home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Hatteras restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
