It’s simple to spot this three-story sunny yellow home before you pull into the driveway that can accommodate four cars. The welcoming neighborhood provides painless beach access, although the sizable private pool may beckon first. An adjacent sand volleyball court just might inspire some energy exertion, knowing that a shaded 6-person hot tub stands ready to soothe tired bodies. There’s also an outdoor shower and half-bath for added convenience.
