After a busy day of kiteboarding, take a invigorating dip in the private pool with your very own Tiki Bar to mix up something new. Take a well-deserved soak in the hot tub or step inside to the first level game room and get competitive in a game of pool or foosball—or get your media fix while you watch others play with a TV/Stereo/DVD, and wet bar with a refrigerator and microwave. Binge your favorite shows or plan an epic movie nighttime in the theater room with an 85" 4K Intelligent LED TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player, stadium seating, and surround sound. There's also a convenient half bath.

On the second level, take your pick of five inviting master bedrooms, four with king beds, and one pirate-themed kids' room with two bunk beds and a sea chest storage, all with 40” 4K LED flat-screen Intelligent TVs for watching a show while you watch the waves. All TVs come with streaming capabilities.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
