This brand new home waterfront home on Pamlico Sound, in Salvo, NC is ideal for multigenerational families! The home features 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and an elevator, making it simple for everybody to get around. There is a enormous living space and kitchen with plenty of room to relax and entertain. There are 4 king ensuite bedrooms, 1 standard twin (total 2 beds) ensuite, and 1 bunkroom with 4 full beds inlaid into the wall. This home comfortably sleep 14 guests. The home is completely furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Private Hot Tub on the bedroom floor level with sweeping vistas of the Pamlico Sound.

The home is just a short walk to the ocean beaches and the Salvo Day use area. There is also painless driving access parking if you choose to drive to the beach. For a little more adventure, It is also conveniently located close to NC ORV ramps, so you can take advantage of beach driving (4x4 and 4WD permit required) on OBX beaches. Black Dog Harbor is a family-friendly community offering amenities that include complimentary kayaks, a fishing pier, a gazebo, cornhole, and a boat ramp. You can also bring your own boat or jet skies.

At the end of the day, relax in the hot tub and take in beautiful sunsets over the Pamlico Sound.
