OCEANFRONT Salvo- Colony Drive Welcome to CHEERIO, a spectacular oceanfront home with spectacular expansive vistas and simple access to a gorgeous beach, representative of the Outer Banks at its very best. The ground level is home to the private pool area featuring the hot tub and an outdoor kitchen with gas grille and refrigerator surrounded by granite countertops; there are also two charcoal grille stations adjoining the pool area. Pool loungers, chairs and outside dining furnishings (seating 10) completes this roomy outdoor living space.

Inside on the first level is a sizable game room with full wet bar, pool table, foosball, arcade game, and big screen TV. On this level there is also a full bathroom and two bedrooms, one with two sets of bunk beds and one with two double beds. On the mid-level, find four oceanfront master bedrooms. Each bedroom offers oceanfront vistas and sliding glass door access to the shaded decks where you can relax with the ocean breezes and admire the view from your personal hammock.

The great room features a home theater system with huge screen TV and sound bar. Create culinary spreads in the enormous kitchen with bespoke cabinetry, broad black granite countertops and high-end appliances, including a second dishwasher. An adjacent dining area leads to an additional outdoor dining area/screened porch. The upper-level living area features magnificant vistas, where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and dunes from the huge, well-furnished deck featuring Adirondack chairs and a high-top seating area. At the end of the day just relax and watch spectacular sound sunsets from the west-facing deck, which is effortlessly accessible from the main dining room.

The great room level also has an adjoining den / office area with couch bed, full bath and deck access. CHEERIO's crown jewel is the fourth-level tower media room, which is conveniently accessible by spiral staircase from the den, and includes a second a home theater system with 70" TV and surround sound and sound bar.   • Property managers typically offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance.
