The top level includes a great room with cathedral ceilings, a cavernous dining area, a breakfast bar, and a generously equipped kitchen. Unwind privately in your backyard pool and six-person hot tub or at your favorite spot on the 2,200 square feet of furnished decks. Appreciate a game of pool in the first-floor recreation room or retire to one of the bedrooms uniquely furnished with local flavor. Four bedrooms have deck access, including three primaries.

Things to Know
The pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 6 cars.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.



Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is near the beach. Cape Hatteras Lighthouse is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
