The top level includes a great room with cathedral ceilings, a cavernous dining area, a breakfast bar, and a generously equipped kitchen. Unwind privately in your backyard pool and six-person hot tub or at your favorite spot on the 2,200 square feet of furnished decks. Savor a game of pool in the first-floor recreation room or retire to one of the bedrooms uniquely furnished with local flavor. Four bedrooms have deck access, including three primaries.

Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.

• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
