This oceanfront getaway, located in the premier St. Waves Community, is the ultimate home for families with 4 master suites and two dormitory style rooms, each with a double and two twin beds, for kids or teens with shared full bath. All bedrooms have new enormous Intelligent TVs. All 4 master bedrooms have deck access to the pool and ocean. Start your vacation with an memorable sunrise from the upper oceanfront decks or an painless walk to the wide sandy beach via a boardwalk beside the property. Spend afternoons by the private pool (heat optional), in a sun chaise or in the new shaded deck area just outside the new media room with 70” Intelligent TV. The kitchen has plenty of room for the family chef, and dinners can be served with ocean vistas in the close by dining area inside or outside on the oceanfront deck. The sizable great room ensures calming evenings with room to lounge together on the new sectional for game nighttime or to watch a movie on the 75” Intelligent TV.
The proximity to local favorites like Waves Deli (sandwiches) and Real Watersports (outdoor sound side dining complete with unforgettable sunsets) is an added additional.
Whether in huge gathering areas or private retreats, this home has just what you need to make your vacation extraordinary. There will be new TVs throughout, including intelligent TVs in the bedrooms and a 75" Intelligent TV in the great room. The new ground level media room will feature a 75" Intelligent TV and a couch. New LVP floor in bathrooms. New pool side lounge chairs.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance.
