Spend afternoons by the private pool (heat optional), in a sun chaise or in the new shaded deck area just outside the new media room with 70” Intelligent TV. The kitchen has plenty of room for the family chef, and dinners can be served with ocean vistas in the close by dining area inside or outside on the oceanfront deck. The huge great room ensures calming evenings with room to lounge together on the new sectional for game nighttime or to watch a movie on the 75” Intelligent TV.

The proximity to local favorites like Waves Deli (sandwiches) and Real Watersports (outdoor sound side dining complete with unforgettable sunsets) is an added additional.
