Spend afternoons by the private pool (heat optional), in a sun chaise or in the new shaded deck area just outside the new media room with 70” Intelligent TV. The kitchen has plenty of room for the family chef, and dinners can be served with ocean vistas in the close by dining area inside or outside on the oceanfront deck. The sizable great room ensures calming evenings with room to lounge together on the new sectional for game nighttime or to watch a movie on the 75” Intelligent TV.
The proximity to local favorites like Waves Deli (sandwiches) and Real Watersports (outdoor sound side dining complete with unforgettable sunsets) is an added additional.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
