Savor gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from ocean and sound-facing decks on 3 levels. A short 3-min. walk to the beach, Pelican Paradise is located in ideal Kinnakeet Shores. The Avon Pier, stores, and eateries are also within painless walking distance.

A well-supplied gourmet kitchen and huge dining room create a great place to appreciate some delicious seafood and trade fun stories for family and friends. Gas and charcoal grilles provide ample grilling options, along with a picnic table in the pool area for outdoor dining.
Four of the six bedrooms are cavernous main suites, one with a single/double pyramid bunk, and all bedrooms provide comfortable resting places when you need to recharge your batteries. A bedroom on the main living level, along with a powder room and deck access, is ideal if a family member has limited mobility to navigate stairs multiple times a day.
