Let the games begin on the first level, where a new 65-inch intelligent TV, pool table and wet bar with refrigerator offers hours of entertainment and refreshment. Also on this level is a pyramid bunk bedroom. The home’s middle level is where you will find three more king bedrooms, each with their own bath and intelligent TVs. Two have direct access to a shaded oceanside deck. The last ensuite king bedroom with soaking tub, double vanity, separate shower, and intelligent TV, is located on the top level, just off the enormous great room. Here, a ceiling fan circulates above from the vaulted ceilings, cooling the air that drifts in from the wall-to-wall windows supplying unobstructed ocean vistas. There’s a convenient half-bath and a well-equipped kitchen that is thoughtfully designed with the avid prepare in mind. Three counter stools inspire early morning coffee and conversation while the eight-seat dining table is where you may be motivated to grow roots over extended family dinners. Finding the best rental value:

• Summer months are the most expensive season in the Hatteras area. To book the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.

• At departure, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your group have a terrific vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
