A community boardwalk makes the short walk to the beach an simple reach. An even shorter walk to water is the home’s 14’x30’ private pool with tanning ledge. Indulge in the warmth of the six-person hot tub, take a invigorating rinse-off in the outdoor shower, fire up the grille for a feast, and let the day slip away without a care. Inside on the ground level discover a well-appointed game room, where you can savor a challenging game of billiards, engage in a friendly match of shuffleboard, or simply relax in the comfortable TV area equipped with a Intelligent TV and plush seating.
