OCEANVIEW Waves - Island Pines Dr. - Located only 4 tons from the ocean, this thoughtfully designed home has three separate entertainment areas, including a game room with 7' pool table and wet bar with refrigerator, a den with couch bed, and a great room with enormous screen TV/DVD with surround sound and ocean vistas. Exit the first floor game room and step down to the deck with private swimming pool and a bubbly 6 person hot tub. Savor wraparound sundeck and shaded deck for reading. When you're not playing in the waves, you'll savor being in PLAYA-N-WAVES.

Find your perfect vacation home:

  • The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Summer is high season in Waves. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is a great way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
