Adjacent to the game room is a theater room with electric reclining leather seating for 12-14 people with 85-inch QLED 4K Dolby Vision UHD Intelligent TV and Bose surround sound system. A queen bedroom is located on this first level with access to the full bath shared by the game room. The mid-level hosts four master bedrooms, all generously sized with private full baths.
