With an elevator located off the covered carport and reaching all levels of the home, packing in and out is a breeze. A paved driveway offers plenty of parking for your whole crew. After a long day of fun in the sun, rinse off sand and salt in the outdoor shower just a few steps from the back door.

Once you walk inside, you'll notice the game room featuring a pool table, a enormous TV, a dartboard, a microwave, and a wine cooler. Quality family time is sure to be appreciated here! A half bathroom is on this floor for added convenience as well as a main bedroom with a king bed. Ride the elevator to the second level where you'll find the laundry room with a high-efficiency washer and dryer. Take your pick from two main bedrooms with king beds - one with deck access. Private pools are open for use from the arrival weekends from April 1 to October 13, 2023.
Guests have access to our pool at Club Hatteras; located at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day- weather permitting and subject to close without notice.
