Those days might begin in the private saltwater pool, parked in one of the loungers on the deck to soak up the sun or in the five-person hot tub ready to provide a relaxing soak while the sound of close by waves creates a serene ambiance. You will find a basketball hoop along the driveway and a path to the ocean beach not too far away. There’s a gas grille under the carport to prepare up lunch and close by are two outdoor showers and a foot-wash station to make clean-up a breeze. Inside on the ground level you’ll find a laundry room, half bath and a bedroom with two bunkbeds, a Intelligent TV, DVD, and a game table. A ground-level elevator with a wheelchair-friendly ramp ensures that every member of your group can access each floor with ease plus the mobility to transport bags and groceries.
