If you are looking for a heaven hideaway, you have found it in this delightful six-bedroom/six-full and two-half bath home that invites you to revel in striking coastal vistas from two decks that have the most oceanfront footage in town and from a ship’s watch tower perch. Be amazed by magical moments spotting dolphins in the ocean on your beds, in the great room, dining room, at the ship's watch tower, and on the decks!

From the ground up, DOLPHINS' WATCH artfully blends the island’s natural surroundings with amenities designed to provide a relaxing and calming getaway. Appreciate the pleasantly warm water of an oceanside solar-heated pool and the even warmer therapeutic waters of a close by hot tub. Two outdoor showers — one open and one private — are ideal for rinsing off the little ones before they make a splash in their special kiddie pool. For convenience, a bathroom is located on the lower level, down the hall from the laundry area and the home’s first master bedroom which features a queen, a set of bunk beds, a TV, an ice hockey game table, and a full bathroom.

Four of the home’s six master bedrooms occupy the mid-level: two kings and two queens. All of these bedrooms feature TVs and direct access to an ocean-facing furnished deck, ideal for catching the moments the sun rises, a star shoots across the sky, or a fishing boat cruises by the coastline. There is also a game room on this level featuring an air hockey table, a loveseat, a TV, and a Pac-Man® game machine.

The final bedroom is located on the upper level, a king master featuring a cavernous ensuite bathroom with a Whirlpool tub, roomy shower, TV, and direct access to a private ocean-facing deck. ….   • To book the largest rental home within budget, we suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites usually offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.

  • Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything at departure. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a excellent vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
