You’ll also find yourself connecting more meaningfully to those who join you as you watch the sun dip below the horizon each evening, casting a warm, enchanting glow.

Welcome to a serene getaway that brings family and friends together for all the reasons you take a vacation — to relax, discover, experience new things, appreciate your passions and each other. Water-sport enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the sound with a dock to launch your kiteboards and kayaks. An outdoor shower accepts for a fast rinse afterward. Return with your catch after a fishing excursion and discover a fish cleaning station with water and lights to prepare a seafood feast on the gas grille. For those who prefer the gentler waters, a private indoor pool is at their disposal, rain or shine. Appreciate a relaxing soak in the 6-person hot tub on the patio, the convenience of a poolside bar and half bath, as well as outdoor seating to soak in the sun. Guests of SUNSET HIDEAWAY also have access to Kinnakeet Shores community pool and tennis facilities.

With an elevator to whisk you from floor to floor, the first level is all about fun and games. Here you will find a game room featuring a pool table, Intelligent TV, and wet bar with sink and a full-size refrigerator. A tiered theater room invites you to get lost in plush seats and movie magic with a humongous selection of DVDs or by streaming on the Intelligent TV. There’s also a half bath on this level. Four of the home’s bedrooms are located on the second level including two king masters, one queen master, and a master with two pyramid bunkbeds. All of the home’s bedrooms have new Intelligent TVs. A cozy den on this floor with a Intelligent TV, stationary bicycle, and access to a shaded deck provides a peaceful place to escape with a peaceful book or have a quick vacation workout. There’s also another half-bath on the landing.

The final two bedrooms, both king masters, are located on the third level, just off the great room. This broad, open space brings everybody together for joyful cooking in a kitchen featuring two dishwashers, two ovens, and plenty of counter space; laughter-filled meals around a 10-seat dining table; and entertaining evenings with a enormous Intelligent TV for optimal viewing.
