Unwind in the private pool area with 8 person hot tub, or play in the bottom level game room with pool table, foosball, TV and kitchenette complete with dishwasher, under counter refrigerator, microwave and breakfast table. Also on this level you'll find a convenient half bath for fast runs in from the beach or the pool and a queen master bedroom with 32" flat screen TV. Step up to the mid level of the home for 4 more bedrooms, 2 of which are king master suites with 32" flat screen TVs and Jacuzzi tubs, sound vistas and deck access. But the top level is "molto bello" with bespoke granite floors throughout and sliders on both the west and east side to allow you to soak in the sweeping vistas of the sound and pretty ocean vistas. There is a dining area and two separate seating areas with leather couches and 50" TV, DVD. Then there is the sumptuous kitchen that any chef would adore. For a little peaceful time, venture up the wrought iron circular staircase to the tower room with private balcony overlooking the marina.
