Bundle up your beach toys and blanket and step right off your deck onto the sandy path through the dunes to the awaiting pristine beach.

The peaceful cul-de-sac location of Four Winds, in addition to its private walkway to the beach, offers you and your group the ideal vacation hideaway. Outstanding oceanfront vistas can be seen from the huge top-level sun deck with hot tub and from the cavernous top-floor great room with gas fireplace.

The interior of the home offers three main bedroom suites, one with a garden shower. A second enormous room with a game table, wet bar, and refrigerator will provide hours of entertainment. Everyone can relax with the six TVs, two DVDs, stereo/CD, and HD DirecTV. Appreciate sharing vacation photos and stories with your adored ones with the wireless high-speed internet available in Four Winds. Outside, you will savor a gas grille where you can prepare up the catch of the day for all to appreciate. The 16' x 30' rectangular-shaped outdoor pool will be appreciated by all. End your day with the family gathered around the great room, followed by champagne in the hot tub at sunset.

How to get the best rental value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Avon. To find the best value, try changing your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer great weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.

  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.

If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
