Sundancer's concrete driveway provides plenty of parking, and under the home, you'll find storage, an outdoor shower, and a fish cleaning station. The sizable green lawn is the ideal spot for outdoor croquet, ladder toss, or a game of fetch with your four-legged guests. Both a gas and charcoal Bar-B-Que grille will be found in the new enclosed and private picnic area. On the first floor, the first bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed, and a TV. The second bedroom has two single beds, a TV, and deck access. The third bedroom is a primary with a queen bed, a TV, a private bath, and deck access.
