Within painless walking distance to the community tennis courts, community pool, stores, and eateries, San Souci is the ideal location for an Outer Banks vacation. On the first level, you will find a living area, with constructed-in seating and a ideal gathering spot for the kids! Also on this level, you'll find four gorgeously sized bedrooms, two with queens, one with a double, and the third with two twin bunk beds, plus a shared hall bath.
The second living level features a cavernous great room with a log fireplace and deck access to the hot tub. The generously equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating while the dining area close by has access to the screened porch and makes mealtimes indoors or out a breeze. The primary bedroom on this level has a private bath, deck access, and exceptional vistas perched over the lake.
