From the moment you arrive, you’ll see how the possibilities are countless in this freshly furnished and painted four-bedroom/three-bathroom home. While a boardwalk stretches across the dunes to the beach, access to a cool dip in the water is as close as a private pool; a warmer one in the eight-person hot tub. There’s a fish cleaning station for those angling to catch a seafood dinner and two outdoor showers to make cleanup a breeze.

Three of the home’s bedrooms are located on the first level including two kings with deck access and a bedroom accommodating four with two bunk beds. There are two full hallway baths on this level. The final bedroom, consisting of a king with access to a full hallway bath, is located on the third level. All of the bedrooms feature Intelligent TVs.

Smartly laid out to bring everybody together for meals and memorable moments, the upper-level great room is the ideal space to be entertained by the Intelligent TV, or by each other’s company. • Property managers typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.

• On check-out day, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
