This newly refreshed Lindal Cedar Diamond Point Estates home is constructed close to the ground and provides painless access for all ages. The home is just a five-min. walk to Buxton's best fishing, sunbathing, and surfing beaches. With just a short drive south, you can take the ferry to Ocracoke Island and all it has to offer, and there are additional fishing opportunities at fabled Hatteras Point. The home has good concrete parking and a one-and-a-half car garage with a washer/dryer and a fish freezer. The living area is comfortably furnished and has a nice entertainment system anchored by a enormous flatscreen TV, plus a DVD/Blu-ray player. The updated kitchen has all the right equipment for producing ideal meals for the close by dining area. The first bedroom has a TV and a private bath located on the ground level. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a TV monitor with a DVD player and the third bedroom has a TV and a DVD/Blu-ray player as well. A full hall bath is close to the huge fourth bedroom with a TV and deck access. If you want to be first to Cape Point in the morning, rent Fishbonz-Almost Heaven 2.
