Located on Frisco's peaceful oceanfront, Breakers is close to 4-wheel-drive beach access. The ground level has concrete parking, an outside shower, a carport, and super-simple ocean access. The first level has four bedrooms, two baths, and a laundry area. One bedroom is a master with a TV and DVD player. The second-story great room has a half bath, a tall cathedral ceiling, and expansive vistas of the beach. Breakers has an superb kitchen boasting a long breakfast bar and a close by dining area. Cozy furnishings and a TV will keep Frisco visitors entertained and happy after dark. A wide, south-facing sun deck with furnishings is Breakers's greatest attraction. If you want to see the beach close up, ask for Breakers!

Things to know:
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

About the Area

Located in Frisco, this vacation home is on the beach. Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Scotch Bonnet Marina and Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts. Buxton Seafood and Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • In the Hatteras area, The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a excellent vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
