Located on the acclaimed Ocean View Drive in the heart of Avon, Beach Blessings sits right across the road from one of the top five beaches in the country. This beach home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and is located near a grocery store and eateries. This home is a member of the Kinnakeet Shores pool and tennis court.
The home has covered parking, a fish cleaning station, and two outdoor showers. On the first level, there is a screened-in porch with a huge hot tub and shower. The first level of the home contains four roomy bedrooms, each with its own intelligent TV, and two full baths. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second has a queen bed and bunkbeds, the third has one king bed, and the fourth has two twin beds. This level has a Jack-and-Jill bathroom in between bedrooms 1# and #3, and a full hall bath.
The top level of the home greets you with an open kitchen and a great room, with natural sunlight as there are five sun windows in the high vaulted ceiling. All new furnishings and floor, a modest library with books, puzzles, family games, a 42" flatscreen intelligent TV, and wireless internet are included for your entertainment.
