SEMI-OCEANFRONT Salvo - Colony Dr. No need to comb the beach looking for a great vacation home when BEACHCOMBER is available. This beautiful home located on a peaceful side street provides a expansive view of the ocean from the well furnished oceanside deck.

The bottom level of the home offers such amenities as outdoor shower with lighting, fish cleaning table, covered carport, underhouse storage and dry entry into the home.

Once inside, the first level provides comfort in two queen master bedrooms with private baths and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds that uses the hall bath. Also on this level is a comfortable den with couch and flat screen TV and access to the deck where you'll find the bubbly hot tub.

The top level of the home features the great room with high vaulted ceilings and wall to wall windows framing the handsome view. Furnished to provide seating and entertainment for the group including a flat screen TV and window seat. The slider leads out onto the top oceanside deck ideal for starting the day with salty ocean air and a cup of coffee. The dining area offers a sizable dining table and seating at the breakfast bar for simple conversation during meal-prep. A third queen master bedroom with private bath and a convenient half bath for the great room area round out this level of the home.

  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. If the property manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
