Just 30 mins. south at milepost 40 3/4, you can relax, relax and embrace nature. A short five min. walk to appreciate the wide beaches of the Atlantic shoreline or sunsets on the Pamlico sound, you’ve found your vacation home. Feel the ultimate heaven for watersport enthusiasts with the off-shore winds that make this destination a kiteboarding and windsurfing haven. Inside the coastal farmhouse, you'll find two living rooms (main level + lower level), enormous screen TVs and a outfitted kitchen with all the necessities you need for your stay. The lower level game room includes plenty of entertainment for staying in – play board games on the card table, watch movies on the sizable TV or play foosball. This second living area downstairs is where you can relax. Let the kids do their thing downstairs while you prepare on one of two grilles (a new 28" Blackstone flat top grille + charcoal grille). At nighttime, everybody will have fun stargazing or appreciating smores at the back yard fire pit.

There are 3 bedrooms on the top level that share one bathroom. Two additional full bathrooms are available just steps away. The primary room has a king bed and TV. The second guest room has a queen bed and Roku ready TV while the bunk room sleeps four on twin beds, also with a Roku TV. Linens and towels with beds made are included except for top bunk beds in which the sheets are included. One bath, hand and wash towel are supplied for each guest. If you would like extras, you can purchase from housekeeping directly. We provide beach chairs, beach wagons, umbrellas and chairs for your five min. walk to the wide beach where you can surf fish, play or relax. The laundry room with washer/dryer is available. We provide starters of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee pods, paper towels, kitchen hand towel, dish cloth, dish liquid, soap, toilet paper and trash bags to get you going. We recommend picking up additional items such as additional paper paper products, special toiletries, more coffee and any specific kitchen supplies you may require for the rest of your vacation. Due to sensitivities, we do not provide shampoo, conditioner or body wash.

With its close proximity to 4x4 beaches and surf fishing, attractions such as kite boarding, surfing, kayaking, jet skiing, rock climbing, shopping and deep sea fishing, you’re sure to find something fun to do for your family. Appreciate a nice day trip to Ocracoke Island via a short ferry ride for deep sea fishing, shopping and great eateries.You're close to all the action - walking distance to the beach, the sound, world famed REAL Watersports at Waterman’s Bar and Grille and access to the Tri-Villages sidewalk that bridges Rodanthe, Waves and Salvo stores and eateries.
