SOUNDFRONT Salvo - Juliann Court With a secluded soundfront location and extraordinary soundfront vistas, WINDY is a breath of fresh air. If the family forecast calls for plenty of evenings outdoors, you’ll appreciate the broad underhouse area and adjacent decked Tiki Bar. Stroll over to the community beach access across the street, or step up to the first level and shoot the breeze in the hot tub with generous sound vistas. Step inside the sliders and you can take a break in one of 4 bedrooms. Two queen bedrooms, one with satellite TV, share a full bath, and another queen bedroom and bedroom with two bunk beds savor simple access to the hall bath. On the top level, you’ll be blown away by the vistas from the cavernous great room with enormous flat screen LCD satellite TV with DVD and stereo, and plenty of books and games. Nearby is the kitchen and soundfront dining area, as well as a convenient half bath. The ideal way to end a WINDY day is from the sun deck where the Pamlico vistas stretch on for miles. The water and outdoors lovers in your family are sure to be leaning towards WINDY for your next vacation.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
