Welcome to Kokomo Sands. This gorgeous dream home was finished in April 2024. It features 3057 square ft of living space and 3,000 square ft. of wraparound decks. The vistas are spectacular, including deep water boat slip. Weather overlooking the expansive vistas of the sunsets of Pamlico Sound or the balconies that span over Hatteras Village and Ocean Side, this home has them all. Kokomo Sands was also designed with an open floor plan, many windows & sliders, huge bedrooms and bathrooms.
About the Area
Located in Hatteras, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Village Marina and Hatteras Harbor Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum.
