SOUNDFRONT Buxton – Mail Landing Ln. –
This 3,000 sq. ft. home is a true BUXTON BEAUTY. A soundfrount beauty, you can spend your time kayaking around the shallow canal on one side and the sound on the other. Boat out to one-of-a-kind sunsets or try your luck with windsports, paddle boarding, or fishing. Dock your boat at the 25’ shallow boat slip on the canal side of the home. The under-home area has a carport and an outside shower with a removable wand, ideal for rinsing off after a day in the sound. A fish cleaning station with a hose is convenient for all fisherman, or use it to clean shells. An outside grille is ideal to prepare your meal on and appreciate the cavernous vistas. The first level of this home has the first bedroom and a den. The bedroom is a sizable master suite, with a king bed and a daybed with a trundle and an attached private bath that has a dual vanity, stand up shower, and separate tub. Bring your favorite movie to savor on the TV with DVD player. Savor the sound vistas from the indoor seating space, or sit out on the deck and enjoy the vistas while taking a dip in the hot tub. The den is a ideal place to hang out with the family. Come together and watch a movie on the TV with DVD player with cold drinks straight from the wet bar with a mini-refrigerator and sink and a laundry nook. Your family will enjoy the kitchen with ample counter space and the under counter ice machine with a filtered water option.
