The kids can claim the alcove bunk beds and send the adults upstairs to the mid-level bedrooms to choose from two master bedrooms (king, queen) or two bedrooms (queen, 2 single) that share a bathroom. Every bedroom has its own flat screen TV.

Gather the family in the top level great room for conversation with a backdrop of handsome ocean vistas. The chefs in the family will savor the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Savor the breakfast area for peaceful meals and for evening entertainment, escape through the french doors into the media room. Take a dip in the bubbly hot tub on the top level deck with ocean vistas, or stretch out with a good book on the sun deck for a lazy afternoon.

Located on the oceanfront with simple beach access and shining water vistas, CHAMPAGNE VIEWS is a fine choice for your island vacation.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Hosts sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
  • Many property management companies supply Hatteras area visitor guide magazines which often include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local companies, or through a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on great feedback to drive new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
