Upon arrival, let the welcomed pup out of the car and into a dedicated dog run as you settle in. While the sandy beach beckons, the new private swimming pool, complete with ample lounge chairs, just might be the most enticing waterfront spot to bask in the sun's rays, especially when there’s a shaded tiki bar to quench your thirst with a invigorating drink. The ground level also features a fish-cleaning station and an outdoor shower.

All of the home’s bedrooms are located on the first level. A king bedroom and queen bedroom that share a Jack-and-Jill bath face the ocean, with access to a deck featuring a five-person hot tub. Another queen and a room with two single bunkbeds and a trundle bed, plus a full hallway bathroom and a laundry room, are also on this level. All of the bedrooms feature TVs and new beds and beds.

The two bedrooms currently featuring single beds are being converted. One will feature a queen bed, and the other bedroom will feature two single bunk beds and one trundle bed. The southeast, ocean-facing bedroom, formerly a queen, will now feature a king bed. Room for more in 2024! All bedrooms have been newly painted and feature new beds, beds, and curtains.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
