The Kitchen has a Breakfast Bar, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher & Full Size Fridge. There are 4 Bedrooms on the 1st Floor: Two Queen Bedrooms that share a Full Bath Between, a 3rd Bedroom with a Double Bed & 4th Bedroom with Twin over Full bunk plus trundle that share a Full Bath located in the Hallway. Come & savor my handsome home & this serene location for your next vacation! The sunrise is definitely breath taking. The calm in the morning is second to none. Get a cup of 'Joe' and watch the sun rise! Or get a good book from the bookcase and relax and read. Maybe you want to make a puzzle as a family activity. We have that too ! Relaxation is the name of the game here. Appreciate a good movie, or get on the internet. If drink hour is your enjoyment, go up to the 'crow's nest' and imbibe in a cold exhilarating 'mood adjuster'. No surprises here, the photos tell the story. Bed linens and bath towels supplied. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Hatteras restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
- The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
- Property managers typically offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. - Upon check-out, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your group have a fantastic time? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
