OCEANSIDE Frisco — Your private little slice of tranquility awaits at ISLAND STYLIN’, a four-bedroom/three-full and two-half-bath home that sits within walking distance to the beach, yet far, far away from your pre-vacation life. Ideal for the family or two that loves to play, the home’s roomy green lawn is a good reason to pack the yard games. Bocce, anyone? Enter from the ground level and discover that games and good times are on tap in the rec room, too, featuring a wet bar, microwave, mini refrigerator, along with a foosball table and TV. There is also a half-bath on this level.

Three of the home’s bedrooms are located on the mid-level. A room with two bunk sets and one with two single beds and a TV share a full hallway bath. Each opens onto a cavernous deck featuring a 4-person hot tub and striking ocean and bay vistas. A master queen bedroom featuring a TV and private bath opens onto a private deck to savor a shaded respite with a good book or to simply experience the sounds of a summer evening.

The home’s final bedroom, another master queen with TV and private bath is located on the upper level. This level is also home to the high-ceilinged great room where a kitchen, dining area and living room provide the communal spaces that bring everybody together for those great family moments. The thoughtfully equipped kitchen offers loads of cabinets to stow away groceries and ample counter space to prep your meals. The breakfast bar is ideal for appreciating that first cup of morning coffee while the eight-seat dining table is ideal for hosting joyous family dinners. Comfy living room seating offers an inviting place to watch the sizable flat screen TV or replay the day’s events with some good old-fashioned storytelling. About the Area

Located in Frisco, this vacation home is near the beach. Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Surf's Up are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

How to get the best value:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Hatteras area. Booking in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on good feedback to drive more reservations. They'll be grateful for your review.
