Ideal for the family or two that loves to play, the home’s cavernous green lawn is a good reason to pack the yard games. Bocce, anyone? Enter from the ground level and discover that games and good times are on tap in the rec room, too, featuring a wet bar, microwave, mini refrigerator, along with a foosball table and TV. There is also a half-bath on this level.

Three of the home’s bedrooms are located on the mid-level. A room with two bunk sets and one with two single beds and a TV share a full hallway bath. Each opens onto a roomy deck featuring a 4-person hot tub and striking ocean and bay vistas. A master queen bedroom featuring a TV and private bath opens onto a private deck to savor a shaded respite with a good book or to simply experience the sounds of a summer evening.

The home’s final bedroom, another master queen with TV and private bath is located on the upper level. This level is also home to the high-ceilinged great room where a kitchen, dining area and living room provide the communal spaces that bring everybody together for those great family moments. Located in Frisco, this vacation home is near the beach.
