TRUE RENTAL BY OWNER- NOT A LINK TO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY- What The Shell is a (Sun/Sun) vacation rental nearly ocean front to Frisco's south beach area and one of the best one lot back for the value. The vacant adjacent lot provides an unobstructed oceanfront view throughout the home. Along with ideal location, it has all the amenities to provide the ideal relaxation getaway after long days of Hatteras Island activities.
What the Shell has a private pool with expanded shallow end great for little ones or sun bathing, 8 ppl hot tub on 2nd level ocean view deck and at most a 50yd walk to the beach. The outside area has under home parking, fish cleaning station, footwash and hot/cold enclosed shower. All weather entry gives access to 1st floor.
The first floor has an additional huge bedroom suite with a queen bed, futon and enormous TV/DVD/VCR. Also a mini kitchen that includes full refrig. dishwasher, sink, microwave, coffee pot and silverware. A full bath/shower makes it an ideal second master for modest family, grandparents or teens.
The second floor has a master bedroom with ocean view, flat screen TV/DVD, slider to hot tub and private bespoke tile bathroom with dual shower. Across the hall is a Queen with ocean view, LCD TV/DVD and double sinked bathroom with full tub/shower that adjoins bunk room. Bunkroom has two bunk sets, LCD TV/DVD/PlayStation2 and books. There is a common hallway to all 2nd floor bedrooms that provides additional access to 2nd floor deck with hot tub.
The upstairs living area has a half bath with washer/dryer for convenience. The broad open Great Room has laminate wood floors and spectacular ocean vistas from nearly every window. New furnishings with huge flat screen, DVD, stereo and plenty of books provide calming entertainment after a long day at beach. The dinner table located near slider provides dining with ocean view. The sizable kitchen has a long breakfast bar with Corian countertops and is overstocked with silverware for the best cooks. The furnished upper level deck with sunbathing chairs and cover table area provides hours of handsome ocean vistas and star filled moonlit nighttime skies.
