SOUNDSIDE Frisco — Get lost in the glow of a brilliant setting sun, the evening illumination of an already gorgeous vista from SOUNDSIDE SUNSETS. If you find yourself inexplicably drawn to the prospect of these relaxing moments from the covered deck of this three-bedroom/three-bathroom home, then this is the place you’re meant to be.

Ideal for a single family, including the dog, this two-level home provides the ideal balance between recreation and relaxation. The home is conveniently close to Ramp 49, Frisco’s off-road car access to the public beach. If you’re angling to catch some seafood from the sound’s fertile waters, there’s a fish cleaning table to prep your fare before placing it on the gas grille later. Clean up using the convenient outdoor shower before calming in the five-person hot tub on the first level’s screened-in porch. There’s also a game room on this level featuring a 70" Intelligent TV, an arcade game, a queen sleeper couch, a full bath, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer and microwave.

All of the home’s bedrooms, including an ensuite master king and a queen and full bedroom that share a bathroom, are located on the second level and all feature Intelligent TVs. Here, too, a wide-open living area offers plenty of space to bring everybody together for prepping meals in the roomy and well-equipped kitchen; long family dinners filled with laughter around the six-seat dining table; or as you settle in for the evening around the Intelligent TV. Better yet, settle into the new furnishings outside on the deck as the sunset gives way to a starlit sky. You won’t want to let another day go by before booking SOUNDSIDE SUNSETS!

  • Booking in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Lock your rental while you are out and about. Protect your property!
  • Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
