If you find yourself inexplicably drawn to the prospect of these relaxing moments from the covered deck of this three-bedroom/three-bathroom home, then this is the place you’re meant to be.
Ideal for a single family, including the dog, this two-level home provides the ideal balance between recreation and relaxation. The home is conveniently close to Ramp 49, Frisco’s off-road car access to the public beach. If you’re angling to catch some seafood from the sound’s fertile waters, there’s a fish cleaning table to prep your fare before placing it on the gas grille later. Clean up using the convenient outdoor shower before calming in the five-person hot tub on the first level’s screened-in porch. There’s also a game room on this level featuring a 70" Intelligent TV, an arcade game, a queen sleeper couch, a full bath, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer and microwave.
All of the home’s bedrooms, including an ensuite master king and a queen and full bedroom that share a bathroom, are located on the second level and all feature Intelligent TVs. Here, too, a wide-open living area offers plenty of space to bring everybody together for prepping meals in the cavernous and well-equipped kitchen; long family dinners filled with laughter around the six-seat dining table; or as you settle in for the evening around the Intelligent TV. Reserving your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking your Hatteras vacation home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection.
