If you find yourself inexplicably drawn to the prospect of these relaxing moments from the covered deck of this three-bedroom/three-bathroom home, then this is the place you’re meant to be.

Ideal for a single family, including the dog, this two-level home provides the ideal balance between recreation and relaxation. The home is conveniently close to Ramp 49, Frisco’s off-road car access to the public beach. If you’re angling to catch some seafood from the sound’s fertile waters, there’s a fish cleaning table to prep your fare before placing it on the gas grille later. Clean up using the convenient outdoor shower before calming in the five-person hot tub on the first level’s screened-in porch. There’s also a game room on this level featuring a 70" Intelligent TV, an arcade game, a queen sleeper couch, a full bath, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer and microwave.

All of the home’s bedrooms, including an ensuite master king and a queen and full bedroom that share a bathroom, are located on the second level and all feature Intelligent TVs. Here, too, a wide-open living area offers plenty of space to bring everybody together for prepping meals in the roomy and well-equipped kitchen; long family dinners filled with laughter around the six-seat dining table; or as you settle in for the evening around the Intelligent TV. • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance.
