ONLY 3 tons from the beach in the back. Fresh and welcoming open 1st floor living & kitchen area with spectacular sound/sunset vistas in the front. HUGE outdoor shower/dressing area a big additional. Boat friendly driveway. LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED. You can bring you own supplies or rent them.
