Separated from the sound by a private boardwalk, this six-bedroom/six-bathroom home offers the ideal haven for wind sport enthusiasts and surf lovers alike. Rig up your sailboards and kites on the grass then journey down to the private dock to launch your craft into the Pamlico Sound. If you are looking for a beach day; the community beach access is a peaceful walk across a handsome boardwalk that takes you past the community tennis and pickleball court. There’s storage under the home for when you come off the water and an outdoor shower for a convenient clean-up before calming with a cool drink, along with your welcome family dog, in the outdoor kitchen featuring a gas grille, electric cooktop, and a four-seat table. Or move onto the game room located on the first level, which is outfitted with a pool table, full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, and high-top table.   • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a wonderful time? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear about it.
