As you step inside, a world of relaxation unfolds. The first level is a haven for the kids, with a comfortable bedroom featuring two sets of bunk beds and its own Intelligent TV. Just a few steps away, the game room beckons with a 55” Intelligent TV, a pool table, and a wet bar equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. This level offers a full bathroom and a laundry room for your convenience. And don't worry about hauling your suitcases up the stairs; take the all-level elevator!

On the second level, discover a king master bedroom and two more king bedrooms with access to a shared bathroom. All three bedrooms have Intelligent TVs and impressive ocean vistas with direct access to the oceanfront deck. A fourth bedroom with twin beds and its own Intelligent TV offers painless access to a full hall bath, ensuring everybody's comfort.

Venture up to the third level, where expansive ocean vistas embrace you in the great room, kitchen, and dining area. This level also features a king master suite with private access to the oceanfront deck. Located in Avon, this vacation home is on the beach. When to book & When to go:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Hatteras area. Reserve your vacation home in the Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Advice for your stay:

  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, intercom or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents quite a few problems.
  • Lock your rental home while you're out and about. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!

  • Double-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
